The Datchworths team are all highly experienced professionals and we pride ourselves on providing professional, constructive assistance in a friendly way, either by providing advice and support or ‘hands on’ assistance as may be appropriate.
As a first step we provide clients with a consultation meeting, free of any charge or commitment. This consultation is to allow us to better understand your needs, to assess what assistance may be required and to establish the most appropriate means of delivering a successful outcome.
Following the consultation we will submit a fully costed proposal and our draft terms of reference so that the client is aware of our proposed commitment, method of working, exactly the assistance we will provide, how it will be delivered, the personnel involved and the cost.
Datchworths has its own statement of Ethics and takes seriously it’s responsibility both to clients and the wider community (CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility). Our team all subscribe to the codes of conduct of their professional bodies and we undertake work in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines.
All the Datchworths team have signed confidentiality agreements and any material or information provided to Datchworths remains confidential. Naturally, for the benefit of clients, Datchworths carry appropriate insurances, including Professional Indemnity Insurance.
