If you need management support we can provide experienced interim management in most disciplines either on a part or full time basis.

If you have staff that you wish to develop but are not yet ready for the next step we can assist by providing mentoring and guidance to help them take the next step up. In many circumstances this is both cheaper and better for staff morale than recruiting an outsider.

Typical past assignments have included provision of:

- Interim Finance Director to oversee system change and development.

- Interim Operations Director to support a new MD and allow existing owners to retire

- Interim Managing Director, required due to the sudden illness of the owner/MD.

- Mentoring of owner's son to become Sales Director.

- Mentoring of Marketing Director to assist in developing his personal skills and to develop new marketing strategy
